Cooperative Hydro Embrun Inc. (CHEI) hereby applies to the Ontario Energy Board (the “Board”) for approval of its 2026 distribution rate adjustments, effective January 1, 2026. CHEI requests an Order approving the proposed distribution rates and other charges as just and reasonable, pursuant to Section 78 of the Ontario Energy Board Act, 1998 (the “OEB Act”).
