What is the Utility Scorecard?
The Utility Scorecard is a performance report for electricity utilities in Ontario. These scorecards are filled periodically and measure important information to evaluate the utility’s performance over time.
The scorecard also informs you, as transparently as possible, on the performance of the energy distribution system.
This evaluation includes 20 measures split into key performance areas:
- Customer focus
- Operational effectiveness
- Public policy and responsiveness
- Financial performance
