NOTICE TO MEMBERS

Members of the Cooperative Hydro Embrun Inc.

Accordance with the regulations that you notice is hereby given that the
vacancies are:

• One (1) administrator: a three-year term

The member contesting a position must notify in writing to the secretary of the Cooperative Hydro Embrun Inc. no later than 3pm on December, 31St, 2025.

Any nomination must include the title of the position, the candidate’s signature and the signature of at least two (2) other members. The elected member will
have to follow different workshops during his term.

The secretary will display a list of nominations as they are received.

Only nominations made pursuant to this notice will be subject to approval by shareholders at the Annual Meeting.
